Nutrition: Eating healthy vs weight loss

If you are interested in learning more about eating to lose weight then this is your class. This class will differentiate the difference between eating healthy vs eating for weight loss and will help you to establish a plan to help lose weight. This class will talk a bit about Macros vs Micros, diets and why they fail, and eating healthy. But the MAIN focus of the class will be to discuss what needs to be done to effectively lose weight.
