Summer Strength

8 weeks to make gains in strength in the lifts we love!  We will focus on squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press.  We will improve technique and form so you can be more efficient and resilient.  There will be plenty of different and beneficial accessory exercises to boost strength!
